Harnett County is adding a jail reentry navigator who will work in the Harnett County Detention Center to provide case management, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), recovery support, and harm reduction services. Through the partnerships developed in the Reaching Rural Initiative, Harnett County is committed to continuing to utilize a diverse multidisciplinary team to accomplish the milestone goals of project implementation.
