Roseau County is formalizing the Roseau Coordinating Justice Committee Collaborative (CJCC) with the addition of a dedicated project coordinator to capitalize on opportunities to expand services or enhance programs to better serve justice-involved residents who have SUD. The project coordinator is developing a long-term strategic plan for the Roseau CJCC; identifying and formalizing relationships among the CJCC and local, state, and regional groups that serve Roseau County with probation, diversion, and mental health and addiction services; and identify projects and programs that can advance the goals of reducing incarceration, recidivism, and related behavioral health issues. The project coordinator is also exploring options to ensure sustainability of this position.
