Jennifer L. Eldridge-Houser is a community health specialist with the University of Missouri Extension, working with organizations to create policies, collect resources, and initiate programs that will help all Missourians achieve optimal health at every stage of life. She is a first-generation college graduate and has three degrees in health education, including a doctorate from the University of Iowa. Dr. Eldridge-Houser moved to Missouri to be a professor of health science at Truman State University, where she taught for 9 years; she then spent 4 years in the community teaching strength training, fall prevention, nutrition education, and cooking classes. Her favorite classes were with the treatment court.
Chelsea Fellinger is the prosecuting attorney for Lewis County, Missouri. She is passionate about protecting and giving back to the community in which she grew up. Ms. Fellinger earned her bachelor of science degree from Culver Stockton College and her law degree in 2017 from Valparaiso University.
Jane Moore is the court administrator for the 2nd Judicial Circuit Treatment Court in Missouri. She has worked in all aspects of the treatment court programs for approximately 16 years. She has been in law enforcement in many aspects of the career field, including deputy sheriff, drug task force officer, Certificated K9 Handler, and warrants officer. Ms. Moore grew up in Edina, Knox County, Missouri. She has a master’s degree in business management with a minor in criminology and is a Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST)-certified officer.
Valerie Pialet is a clinical supervisor at Preferred Family Healthcare in Kirksville, Missouri. She has worked for Preferred Family Healthcare for the past 7 years and oversees inpatient and outpatient programs that address individuals who struggle with a substance use disorder. Ms. Pialet is passionate about helping others and building a supportive, diverse team that meets the needs of the individuals whom Preferred Family Healthcare serves. She strives to make sure every individual is met with quality care and support.
Thomas Redington is the associate judge for Knox County, Missouri, in the 2nd Judicial Circuit. He handles four treatment court dockets. Judge Redington has more than 30 years of experience as an attorney in Missouri and was the Marion County, Missouri, prosecuting attorney from 1996 to 2014. He has tried hundreds of jury trials, including a trial live on national television involving the sabotage of the Mississippi River levee during the 1993 flood. As an adjunct faculty member at the National College of District Attorneys, he helped train prosecutors. He has lectured at both national training seminars and the National District Attorneys Association training facility in Columbia, South Carolina.
Matthew Wilson is the presiding circuit judge for the 2nd Judicial Circuit in Missouri. He also presides over the Adair County, Missouri, Adult Drug Court and DWI Courts. Judge Wilson was a member of the Missouri Treatment Court Professionals’ Board of Directors, serving as president from 2020 to 2022. Prior to taking the bench in April 2022, he served as the Adair County prosecuting attorney for 12 years. Judge Wilson has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha and is a 2004 graduate of Creighton University’s School of Law.
